About Me:

I'm a Celiac patient who became frustrated with the misconception that eating a strict, gluten free diet tasted awful. Gluten free living does not have to be this way!  

Admittedly, It's very difficult to fight the stigma that Gluten Free food is terrible and tastes like cardboard. In fact, I believe this is partly the reason so many go undiagnosed with their Celiac. They'd rather live a lower quality life than give up tasty food. Quite frankly, I do not blame them!

However, Gluten Free is not scary! I promise! Together, we'll make amazing food of various genres. Together, we'll explore tastes around the world. Together, we'll show the world that Gluten Free isn't a sentence to bland! 

Please note, I am by no means a professional chef. I'm your average person trying to navigate living with Celiac Disease.
