Blueberry Kale Inflammatoin Reducing Shake

Occasionally, the inflammation becomes too much to stand. Perhaps there's been a gluten hit incident, or perhaps your intestines are just crabby that day. I understand!!!
In this series, I'm providing meal replacement shakes to ease your inflammation. I've seen a reduction in inches when replacing at least two meals with shakes when things were really bad. While this is somewhat bland, it does work.
Some Tips: Check the labels for gluten! Every. Time. Also, acquire local honey. Local honey will help with sinus trouble over enough time! Chia Seeds will thicken into a type of pudding texture. I used 4 Tablespoons in my shake, which gave a nice, thick, texture.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Water
Chia Seeds to Taste
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Blueberries
3 Cups Chopped Kale Leaves
2 Tablespoons Honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired smoothness is achieved.
